# Installation is not working properly
  > Please login with administrator authority.
  > Please close personal firewall or security software.
  > Check your computer whether there are viruses or evil codes.

# "Not registered IT" is shown on the screen
  > Please contact Security manager and confirm whether your ID is registered or not.

# Cannot be registered as a Main-user
  > Access the WaterWall Server(Remote Desktop).
     Please check the Sever whether it is working properly.
  > It can be shown if your license is exceeded.
  > If server is busy, Progressing time would be delayed somehow.
     In this case, please re-boot the WaterWall Server and try it again.
  > If the PC has personal Firewall, it would occur because Firewall blocks the WaterWall port.
     In this case, you need to stop installing first, delete or stop Firewall, then try again.

* The things you need to know
  # Waterwall security solution MUST be installed on drive C.
  # After installation, if you set partition, the drive's data would be damaged.
  # After installation, if you add a new HDD, you need to contact Security manager.
      (Never change Primary to Secondary or vice versa neither Master and Slave.)    
  # Under the WW Client, if you change location of HDD both physically and logically,
      it could damage HDD. Please contact Security Manager first.
  # After Installation, if you need to move all resources due to changing your PC,
      please contact Security Manager.
